Wow! I just don't know what to make of this.
Somehow stumbled upon it whilst searching for Craig O'Hara's lovely book The Philosophy of Punk. (There's a picture of yours truly in it, heh heh)
But wow! Always fun to find a new subculture.
I don't even want to try to describe this though. Look for yourself, and then tell me what you think.
