Apparently film was released in 2001, though I'm guessing the distribution wasn't so great, because there is little info available about it online. The title link will take you to the film's official website.
Definitely sounds interesting, though.
From the director of SLC Punk comes this road-movie about two friends, Peter and Chris (Michael Goorjian and James Duval, respectively), in their late 20's, one incredibly idealistic and optimistic; the other cynically nihilistic and negative.
